What made the experience of listening to Get a Good Night's Sleep the most enjoyable?
It helps me sleep. It works! Better than herbal tea that keeps my bladder full.
Any additional comments?
Audible should have kept or put this in 2 tracks. The first 6 minutes are the introduction, which only needs to be heard once or twice. The rest should be heard every night for at least three weeks. If it were in two tracks the intro could be skipped after the first time without the inconvenience of trying to find it with fast forward. I tried to edit it, but Audible's proprietary format or codec prevented this otherwise simple procedure.
