Must read for an leader or aspiring leaders

The authors break down several very common scenarios that supervisors have to deal with everyday in the corporate word. They relate the scenarios to their combat experience which makes this book much more than a lecture on leadership but a real world view of how their military experience directly correlates to everyday life. This book, along with the others they’ve written will help you understand how to be a better leader or even how to understand and maybe even how to better communicate with you’re supervisors so the goals of the company can be reached in synch.
