Well written filler. Games workshop should trust its ip and writers to generate compelling content rather than drag out popular series to generate sales. The narrator is great, as always.

One really bad story

Normally Maberry is good for solid page turning reads and he generally delivers in this collection. The Laughing Horse story though was awful and killed any desire I had to finish the book. Unnecessarily graphic and violent and with nonsensical character motivations. And i'm not PC but off all the groups to cast as terrorists, Native Americans? Really? It's been decades since any NA domestic violence. Just a bizare story all around.

Great acting; ok story

Black library audio consistently has great voice actors and this is no exception. Plot was a bit inconsistent though and some of the events, especially at the end, seemed a bit rushed and incoherent.
