Excellent but lots of rehashed info
Revisado: 01-19-24
Expected a different format that will be more specific on aging. This was more of a rehash of past books with some new chapters but overall a good book

Good book but not a breakthrough
Revisado: 02-02-18
What I particularly like about this book, are the rich stories and that many case studies, describing how highly successful Groups managed to become successful.
However, the principles, so called “the secrets” are highly influenced by Patrick Lencioni’s books, namely the five dysfunctions of a team, rendering its contents far from groundbreaking!

Good but nothing much new
Revisado: 12-01-17
The books is fairly a good listen but a lot of its content is common sense or known to experienced professionals.
Nothing much new to add value!
