Amazing podcast

Michael doing an excellent follow-up to his work on You're Wrong About. Warm, friendly, evidence-centric criticism.

Historia
At the peak of his career and success, Ari Meisel nearly killed himself from exhaustion and overwork. He had to make a choice: He could let his "success" destroy him physically and mentally, or he could find a better way to live. He spent the next few years redesigning his life from scratch. Ultimately he found the way to reduce his workload by 80 percent while actually increasing results and success. Furthermore, he could spend time on what matters most: his family.

Effective little introduction to delegation
Revisado: 11-10-22
Covers basic automation. Starts slow. The author is kind of self-congratulatory, but it's an easy and interesting listen.

Excellent, evidence-based, engaging journalism
Revisado: 11-01-22
If you're bothered by some of the things mentioned in negative reviews ( besides, like, the existence of vocal fry as a phenomenon on this Earth ) I'd recommend starting with the episodes in the middle, or the most recent episodes ( look for one where Sarah is talking! ), rather than the beginning. There are some inaccuracies in the first few episodes, which are corrected later on when they mention the same topic, because it's an indie show that wasn't intended to go big - Mike mentions that in the first episode he only had 9 pages of notes, and about 8 listeners, and towards the middle mentions consistently reading well into the thousands of pages per every thirty minutes of listening. The sweet spot is the Shaken Baby Syndrome episode up to the McDonald's Hot Coffee Case episode.
