Amazingly sweet and authentic!

Listening to this was such a joy! The narrator was perfect and allowed you to feel as though you were listening to an intimate conversation with friend sharing stories about someone they truly loved, admired and wanted to protect at all costs. There was no trash talk or dirty secrets divulged, yet David didn’t stray away from the truth. Thank you David!

Not what I expected, but it was a great and somewhat thrilling ride. This is the second Audie book I’ve listened to from this author, An American Marriage was the first one, and I enjoyed this book so much more.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Such a beautiful and inspiring tribute to those who she loved the most and loved her the most. Having Whoopi narrate made you feel you were sitting in her living room having a conversation with an old friend.

Just beautiful

I was very hesitant and somewhat upset that Robyn put out a book telling personal details of Whitney’s life that she wasn’t here to refute/respond to and wondered what was the motive. However, it’s clear that Robyn wanted to tell a story of her friend, whom she loved and loved her. It was a story of great joy yet volumes of sadness, that quite frankly didn’t have to be shared. But I’m so thankful that Ms. Crawford allowed us to see sides of Whitney that no one else from her family/friends has been able articulate, which speaks volumes. Whitney was fearless, vulnerable, humble, loving, spoiled, extremely hardworking, beautiful inside and out and most of all human and just wanted to be loved, I like millions am Whitney’s number one fan….lol! Knowing what I know now after listening to this book only solidifies that for me. May she rest in peace in the arms of her enteral creator whom she loved and relied on for so much. Thank you R. Crawford.

Wow Harry!!

So intimate, real, compassionate and Harry. I felt like I was on a journey with an actual human being, not a Prince or HRH. Just regular guy born into an extraordinary world, who lost a mother, loves a father , and fiercely cares for and wants to protect a brother. Yet like everyone else is apart of a family that has issues communicating, expressing hurt and love at times. Great job!
