A classic .

Captivating. Wholesome but not stodgy. Kept my interest and filled in many narratives from “Little Women.”

I’m always so sad when I get through this series. I reread it every few years and wish it could go on and on.

I actually am learning something about the time period and the culture of London. I hope he can eventually get away from Parliament and focus on detective work!

Well-written, well-researched, and great stories.
Revisado: 05-18-23
I highly recommend! Plenty of mystery, danger, delicate and interesting relationships, plus a good sprinkling of humor. I’ve listened to seven of the Charles Lennox mysteries now and none of them haven’t disappointed. I have enjoyed the many historical references as well as the propriety and elegance that he treats the characters.
