I loved everything about this. Clean and easy to listen to. No gore, no excessive violence, just a great cozy mystery. Just finished this book and I am rolling right into book 2.

I ordered this audiobook because I love Ashley Flowers’ podcasts and I am so glad I did! I have listened to the whole book in a day and a half. Such a great mystery, the characters are easy to get into, the narration is incredible! Order this book!

Wow! This was her best book so far! And I love the performance. The characters are easy to get into and I love hiking and backpacking so the story was easy to identify with. I can’t wait for the next one in this series!!!!!!

The reader! I can’t!

The person performing this book isn’t doing the story any favors. I feel like I am losing brain cells as I am listening to her. It sounds like she is reading to a group of kindergarteners...and not very smart ones at that. I wanted to listen to the rest of the book (I made it about halfway through) but I just couldn’t take it any more.

I love these simple, easy stories in this series. You can really lose yourself in the tale. The reading, however, sounds like an auto reader combined with bits of actual narration inserted. It is extremely distracting. Before ordering the next in the series, I will surely listen to the sample. If it sounds the same, I will do some old-fashioned reading instead.
