I didn’t want to stop listening to this book. I typically read and listen to several books at the same time (in turn obviously lol). Once I started this book, I stopped all the others until this was finished.

Interpreting people by understanding the verbal and non-verbal cues they give us can provide something beyond a superficial reading of their behavior. Adding psychology to a sociological analysis of human behavior provides a broader, deeper pool of information, especially when seen through the lens of communication. When we're able to interpret people where they stand, it's possible to exploit the information they freely offer and steer them toward our desired outcome.

Terrible Narration

This narration makes the book nearly impossible to understand. Despite the fact that the book probably has good information, it is extremely difficult to follow due to the absolutely horrible narration. I recommend purchasing the kindle or paper version rather than the audible version.
