I enjoyed this so much. I won’t spoil the story but suffice it to say, love was the truth in the end.

A story that needs to be heard
Revisado: 01-25-23
Thank you for such a wonderful production. I share this vision and create new ways in my small business to view and participate in this humanity that is woman. I have a business where the roles and rules are fluid. It is evolutionary because it evolves as new lives enter our environment with changing or different needs. Please keep Sharing so we can collectively keep growing.

Historia
Gut Crisis is the ultimate guide to gut health. Poor food quality, the overuse of antibiotics, and other factors are creating an imbalanced state in your gut bacteria and damaging your gut lining. This eventually leads to inflammation that underlies chronic health conditions such as obesity, diabetes, autoimmune disease, heart disease, and degenerative brain disorders.

This was such a great book I mean this from my Gut
Revisado: 01-01-23
I loved everything about this book. It was perfect for an audiobook with a conversational component of the three characters questioning, and answering. The resource PDF that accompanies this book is amazing. As the narrator was reading the text, it was so clear that there was much science and data to support this material. It didn’t present a singular perspective, but multiple perspectives that continue to support the assertion, that if we can maintain health in our gut that the rest of our being may feel well also. I love all the research and evidence that accompanied this I feel intelligent when I share this information with others, as it’s not simply a fad, or only one person‘s opinion. Thank you for this great resource.

Historia
Against the backdrop of worldwide, unexplainable natural disasters, Dr. Virginia Marilyn Edwards (Emmy Award-winner Kerry Washington) seeks out Agent Scott Thomas (Emmy Award-winner Laurence Fishburne) at a secretive government headquarters. Virginia claims these events are signs, and unless Agent Thomas helps her, she believes things will only get worse. Her desperation is dialed up higher with a shocking proclamation as she stands before him pregnant, weak, and weary: “Agent Thomas,” she says, “I believe I am Mary.”

I loved the simplicity of this book as it brought to light tools for living that enliven body, mind, and soul. This book is accompanied by a PDF that consolidates all the information in an easy-to-use format. I found this helpful as I often listen to these books in my car and want to jot down highlights to remember. This did that work for me, thanks.
The book talks about Ayurveda and the Doshas and renames them as energy types. This makes the information palpable to those that may find these concepts hard to digest (pun intended) in Western societies.
The book outlines all the ways our energy types affect the way we function, when they work well and when they don't, and outlined ways we can improve the function of all the levels we interact with this energy and each other. They used fun examples as case studies of what good and difficult interactions look like so understanding can develop of how this look in real life. The book then outlines real tools we can use for effective communication within and outside our own energy type and on the various levels we respond (employee, parent, etc.).
This resource also addresses diet, meditation, daily routines, and more that guide us to health on all the levels we function. This is a wonderful book that I hope spurs a deeper desire to learn as it did for me.
Thank you for this information.
