This is a must read for those who are on a journey to a achieve a higher level of self- enlightenment/awareness. I am not a guru of any sort - a professional who seeks to find out more about myself in this lifetime. I believe that in order to really connect with the author, one should have already experienced or are on a journey "in connecting the spiritual and the physical and all the pieces in between". I found it a big help to have an understanding of the chakras and energy work (meditation, yoga, etc.) If I didn't have these experience, for me,I would not have been able to make the connection with the author. The title maybe misleading for some. I would advise you to listen again and this time don't expect anything - pause and make notes and try to really understand what is being presented - you might just find some enlightening words that may explain a lot about past and current relationships. Although this is categorized as fiction, for those who are making the connection are aware of the truths presented.
