Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Arika Escalona?

Kirsten Potter. I wish Arika Escalona doesnt end some of the sentences like she is angry.

Is there anything you would change about this book?

Yeah, the story. I end up listening to the first 5 chapter 3 times before continuing I kept getting lost and thought I wasn't paying attention but in truth it was all over the place. Even so some names and characters were familiar with the Dark Hunter series it was missing a clear story line. In some parts too much inner rambling, life lectures, too much jumping between their present and their past, etc.

What do you think your next listen will be?

Waiting for Rapture J.R. Ward.

Which character – as performed by Holter Graham – was your favorite?

Love Holter Graham, he is one of my favorite narrators. He does a wonderfull job giving life to the words.

Do you think Time Untime needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

Please no, leave this story line behind...I'm actually looking forward to the next book Stixx.

Any additional comments?

I was relistening to some of the earlier Dark Hunters books and this one doesn't seem part of the series. Don't get me wrong I love the series but I notice that the last 2 books were moving away from "vintage Dark Hunter"(don't know how else to explain it). It's not what I have come to expect from the Dark Hunter seires. Not one of my favorites...but not ready to call it quit on the series, still have hope it will get back on track with the next book

The story is fabulous! The audio is NOT! I gave one star but it doesnt even deserve that. My favorite part is (Spoiler alert) where Christian is drunk and talk to Ana's tummy "And we have an invader in here". I'm quoting from the book since I couldn’t even finish this one.
I would never listen or purchase another book with Becca Battoe as the narrator, let me rephrase that, OH HELL NO! After listening to the first 2, I couldn't stomach the third narration. I had enough to last me a lifetime. Advice to Becca "RETIRE from doing audio books unless Random House is foolish enough to pay you to do another one, then take their money and run". I was so looking forward to the audio after reading the books, but I don’t even want them in my library anymore.
I thought Random House was going to fix it since they received horrible reviews about the audio (snort) but again, what was I thinking, they did all 3 using the same narrator even after the horrible reviews they got and continue to get on Audible, I can tell they are probably laughing all the way to the bank since I don't think I can get my money back which I would like very much. I can see how much Random House value the opinion of their listeners. Random House owes all their listeners a do over with another narrator for all 3 books or give us our money back, Do the right thing! I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like their money back.

Even so I told myself I wasn’t purchasing the 2nd or 3rd one I felt I should after the note posted regarding Random House “re-mastered” copy. For those that had anything to do with the producing or decision makers of this audible, this section is for you:

Re’mas’ter =(Noun) a new master copy of earlier recorder / (Verb transitive) make better quality copy of old recording. To make a new copy of a recording using new technology in order to improve its quality.

Well the 2nd book is not better and no new technology that improve the quality. Same narrator and yeah it lost the child inflection and fast marathon narration that Becca Battoe gives to the first one but its terrible when it come to the voices for the male characters. The inflections leave a lot to be desire too, pauses and emphasis on sections that doesn’t make sense and just confuse the listener. Also sometime she forgets to change voice inflection and I didn’t even know which character was speaking. I’m still blaming the producers or decision maker for the narration choice.
You really can’t ask more from the narrator when her only experience on narrating books is over teens (6 books) and children’s books (4 books). Look her up, I did. After listening to over 480 audio books I know what I like and don’t like from a narrator. I increase my review to 2 stars from the first book, just because she lost the "bubble gum" voice.
The love story between Christian and Ana is so intense, and so many unanswered questions from the first were answer on this one. The adult content take a second stage to their story.

Lothaire is the latest of IAD series and Kresley have done it once again. The series gets better with every book. Robert Petkoff is outstanding with the narration, it added so much live to the characters. Lothaire is such a complex character and has so much going on in his head and Robert was able to convey it all in such an amazing way. The story is brilliant with all the characteristic of her series, witty, funny, hot and steamy, Oh my! Getting to be along the journey of Lothaire and his idea of how his "bride" should be and his reality on how he sees his "bride" its quite a ride. I just wish the other books become available on audio so others can enjoy all the book in the series in order. Kresley Cole is one of my favorites neck and neck with J.R.Ward.

Sexy, great plots, this series is not for the fainted heart HOT romance. Kresley Cole is amazing, witty and clever in her writing. She is one of my favorite???s authors. She goes beyond any of my expectations, I try to imagine where the story is going but she is too clever. This is the first installment of the Immortal after Dark series originally included in an romantic anthology. Get ready for the awesome ???Lore world??? created by Kresley Cole and enjoy the ride, I know I am.

I enjoyed the story but it's just a romance, even so I would still like listen to more stories about the rest of the McGregor brothers and cousins. I'm used to listen to Karen Marie Moning and Lynsay Sands higlander stories that are more steamy and sexy.
