Tedious and Exhausting

i have always loved Faye Kellerman’s books. The relationship between Terry and Chris was exhausting. The constant abi’s i’ve sex scenes were excruciating tedious and boring. i waited the entire book for Terry to find her power and it never happened. Awful end to a great series.

The information was decent. The book was written with too much "I". It reads more like a narcissistic learning experience than an informative book. The quality of the audio was shocking. There was huffing, paper shuffling and other noises that should have never been approved by Audible listening standards.

Would you try another book from James Patterson and/or Michael Boatman and Tom Wopat ?
I liked the narrators. I may never buy another James Patterson book. The ending made me feel cheated.
Would you ever listen to anything by James Patterson again?
No, I will not listen to James Patterson again. The end of this book was awful. As the author's note indicated, everyone goes through tragedy and disappointment. Mr. Patterson wasted nine hours of my life only to end his book on that note. The ending was a huge disappointment. I felt ripped off at the end.
Do you think Cross My Heart needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
Of course it needs a follow- up, the book didn't have an ending.
