I love a good mystery / suspense but I did not care for this at all. The subject matter was disturbing and every chapter was repetitive. Narration was just OK.

The book provides a welcomed approach to meditation. The insight into daily patterns and eating habits and how they affect weight and over all health is profound. Tiffany provides the scientific evidence on how the body works, studies about meditation and how adding a daily practice can shift metabolism. I liked the daily approach to weaving meditation into my life and by listening to this book now have a better perspective about my eating habits and so much more.
