It felt like the author was trying to juggle too many ideas. New plot points were introduced but didn't have the time to be flushed out, a bit of a let down.

Interesting stories but poor narrator

I haven't listened to the podcast so I'm not sure if the narration is better there. But here the narration brings down the book, he sounds stiff and like he's trying very hard not to mess up.

Great! Recommend having the comic while listening

Readers did a great job! I recommend getting the comic to look at while you listen though, the narrator does his best to set up scenes but fights can be confusing without the comic to follow.
The story was really good I just wish they went into how Nimona really got her powers

As far as the light novels recently added to audible Kizumonogatari was better. The story for this book was dull and characters spent more time arguing than fighting Titans. There are only two vocie actors and so they have to argue with themselves with little change between character vocies.
