Amazing well thought out twist on space time
Revisado: 08-30-24
A little more action and a few more twists would of spiced it up a bit

Historia
The good news is that you have just awakened into Eternal Life. You are going to live forever. Immortality is a reality. A medical miracle? Not exactly. The bad news is that you are a scrap of electronic code. The world you see around you, the you that is seeing it, has been digitized, scanned, and downloaded into a virtual reality program. You are a Copy that knows it is a copy. The good news is that there is a way out.

Long and boring
Revisado: 06-25-24
Characters were wooden, plot was convoluted slow and no real resolution by the end. This universe building Story really didn’t go anywhere and it was a waste of my time.
By the worst book I have ever listened to.

Historia
She's unlike any one or any thing else: a Non-Standard Leashed-Intelligence Cybernetic Enforcer aka NSLICE-00P. The first of her kind, she's let loose into a universe of superheroes on behalf of her sinister masters to destroy all who oppose them. And everything's going according to plan—until NSLICE-00P gets hacked and sent into the past to kill her own creator before he creates her. Obeying orders as always, she wastes the poor guy. Unfortunately, there are consequences to initiating a reality-breaking time paradox. The most significant: total ejection from that reality.

Felt long and ponderous
Revisado: 06-17-24
Long lists of skills and upgrades that go on for 10 minutes,
Story is quite simple and characters one dimensional.
Didn’t find this engaging even though the idea seemed like a good one. Story had lots of adventures but short and no character deapth

Great fun
Revisado: 01-23-23
Enjoy this a lot. The typical under dog story with a few twists. Funny in parts and sometimes predictable.
The performance was spot on and flowed effectively.
Recommend if you want a fun easy to listen to story.

Historia
Only a fool would target the deadliest order of assassins in the galaxy. The galaxy had no shortage of fools. Someone had attacked the Order, and done so with both blades and magic. It was utterly unheard of, but even the most elite of killers sometimes faced the unexpected, and on this occasion, that could even mean their demise. That is, unless they could get to the bottom of the nefarious plot.

Great as a bundle
Revisado: 11-23-20
The first book was very short so the fact they were merged into a bundle makes the use of a credit worthwhile.
The pace is quite quick but there is a nice amount of detail.
The story was very engaging from the start and didn't have all the action at the end like a lot of other books.
The only thing I found a bit difficult was the magic, it needs more explanation on how it works
Overall I enjoyed this book and will look for others by this author as long as they are long enough.

Historia
Only five days have passed since Jade was brought to a distant world and a new life. Mobile for the first time ever, Jade is given the chance to do something she’s always wanted: attend school. Dracona isn’t your typical school, however. In Andara she needs to learn all the skills an adventurer needs. For her, that means how to cast magic and use weapons without hurting herself. She’ll have to learn fast because the obstacle course isn’t the only thing challenging her progress; she’s racing against the clock to learn how to beat the Mesmer before they find her.

Too good to be true
Revisado: 12-13-19
I did enjoy the book but everything is too easy for the main character. Everything is easy and everyone loves her. If any issue occurs she always does the right thing and fixes the problem. I hope the next book is a little more unpredictable with some real villains.

Great sequel
Revisado: 04-16-17
The book continues to keep the interest with two parallel stories. I did find the Alex story a bit weak but can see it's needed for a future book. The Jason storyline is interesting even if a bit unlikely. The end was a great cliffhanger that would have me reaching for the next book if it existed yet!
The reader is not bad but some of the voices are a bit off.
Overall a great continuation of an interesting story

Timebound- Surprisingly good
Revisado: 03-03-17
This is a fast paced teen time travel story that has an ending but leaves enough open for the next book.
I find the readers voice a bit annoying but I got used to it after a while.
There is a bit or romance but not too much to spoil the story for us male listeners.
I found it a good romp and have already bought the next book.

Robert Jordan: The Eye of the World
Revisado: 04-18-13
Where does The Eye of the World rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This book is slow to start but picks up at the end
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Eye of the World?
The end where the main character is up against the main villain
What three words best describe Kate Reading and Michael Kramer ’s voice?
Michael Kramer read very fast and it took a while to get used to his voice.Kate Reading does not read very much just a few chapters and read them fine
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
No it took a while to get going but towards the end I did not want to put it down.
Any additional comments?
This first book leaves you wanting more as so little has been explored in this world. Overall a good book but not a great book.
