Great Story of Life in the 40's and 50's

The author writes beautifully about the hardships and blessings of growing up on a farm in the 1940's and 50's. Her reflections from times past tell a story of traditions and culture that still exist in parts of our world today. At moments, both heartbreaking and delightful. Much wisdom to be gleaned and celebrated from this book.
