This book was... problematic at best. I honestly have never read a romance novel where I spent most of the book hoping they wouldn't end up together. They have nothing in common, no interests at all. They just think the the other is super hot. Also they are absolutely toxic to each other, saying the cruelest things. At a certain point it even crosses over into overt domestic violence when one grabs the other by the broken arm and shoves her again a wall causing her pain. And they never even learn to communicate, it's just one fight/miscommunication/misunderstanding after another. I lost count after the first 5. I honestly tried my hardest to finish this book because I kept hoping it would stop being so terrible but I taped out with 20-30 minutes left and they were still arguing. I also noticed that all the main characters were white except for the Hispanic x-girlfriend who acted hysterical and was basically the main villain of the novel (if you don't count the two main characters as being villians themselves) which really didn't sit right with me. Plus the voice acting for the x girlfriend was so over the top with the accent it sounded like a someone making fun of Hispanic accents, especially because everyone else sounded exactly the same.

Going beyond a second change story. It gives a fair and honest look at how we change as we grow up for better or worse. There is heavy material that is brought up from their past, but isn't just ignored. I like how it was handled.

This was a lovely story between two women both trying to rediscover themselves after life changing events. It was sweet with funny supportive pets! I quite liked it.

Lovely book, but it will give you the over whelming desire to go buy a fancy pen and maybe start planning a trip to Germany. With just enough will she or won't she angst to prevent it from getting too fluffy

Half the fun of this book was waiting to see how Mouse would get out of one mess or another. I liked the characters, they grew and became more complex throughout the story. Overall a fun listen.
