I am a mother of three and am constantly on the go. I have never considered meditation because frankly the thought of trying to find a quiet spot to sit for a long period of time by myself in complete silence seemed insane I cant even go to the bathroom by myself lol. However I did want to find more peace in my life and that's when someone had mentioned mindfulness. So I started reading this book not knowing what to expect This book is the perfect practical guide to meditation and mindfulness! I work as a therapist and I often incorperate mindfulness techniques into my therapy practice. What I like about this book is that I can easily flip to a chapter that is relevant to a client and then guide them through the exercise.

This is a fantastic book, that guide to improve your communication skills. The author described different tips to improve skills. I love this book. I always thought of myself as a great communicator and this showed me that I can still do better. ! This book helped me to speak to people in an effective way that gets my points across smoothly and clearly. What an excellent book about communication skills training that can give us what we really need to improve our communication skills. effective communication should be in our way of learning as it can make a great contribution for our successful life.

I listen this book. It makes a lot of sense. I stopped smoking last year, by focusing on not smoking one hour and one day at a time. I will become healthier and lose weight with the common sense strategies in this book This book is amazing. It's well written and fun to listen. Most importantly is that his ideas really work. You have to retrain your brain for lasting success in anything and this book shows you how. It's fun, simple, This is an exceptional book that will change your life. I bought this book the day it came out. I did not want to write a review after just reading the book. I've always struggled with my weight my entire life. Throughout school years I'd turn to food for emotional support, and once in college I'd try to start working out.

I really like this book and the suggestions it gives in helping you to change your mindset. I suffer from severe anxiety and listen this has given me a few different ideas and techniques in helping me to identify my obstacles Very well written book. The author has obviously done extensive research and provides great information on curing anxiety. This book was a great help to me. As someone who has dealt with depression and anxiety most of my life, I found this book to be wonderful. This book really digs into psychological development to provide a deep understanding of different types of Cognitive Behavior therapies and how it is useful in treating conditions like anxiety. It is clear the author has a background in psychology and knows what they are talking about.

I found this book particularly helpful. I am a special education teacher. I deal with students that have anxiety and behavioral issues. I found this book had many helpful steps I could take in which to help my students understand why they are having their thoughts and behaviors and also different approaches on how to deal with them. Fascinating book! I was thoroughly impressed by how the author captured the essence of what it is like to suffer from anxiety and depression. , and to any friends. There's even a section on eating and sleeping habits, which have a great effect on your brain and your thoughts. You've heard "you are what you eat", but what this book says is "you are what you think.

I find this book insightful. Not many people understand depression or other mental conditions. For people who suffer these conditions, it is hard to find ways to cope. I myself deal with anxiety and stress. I do not know how to manage my thoughts and feelings well. This book really helps for people like me who are seeking help. This book has given me great advice for dealing with many situations that would cause me stress and anxiety. I'm currently working on the steps that the book has suggested to reduce anxiety and stress, and so far it is really helping As someone who goes through most of these mental health issues, this book was instrumental for my commitment into better mental health.
