Great Ride, Didn't Want it to End, Like the Author

I've been a Pacific Crest Trail Angel for 10 years. They even gave me an honorary trail name "Epic". My job was to give the PCT sojourners a great time off the trail, which basically equated to REAL food, beverage and rides. I was able to live vicariously through their adventures and sincerely miss my PCTers, because I now live in Florida. I'm not in a position, because of my responsibilities at my company to do such a hike, but when asked if I could do a partial trek what would they recommend. Their reply, the John Muir Trail. Joan did a great job of articulating her journey and all that went along with her adventures. She was authentic and real every step of the way. I just finished the book today and already miss the 3 women. Thank you Joan for writing this book so that people like me could experience the JMT without even being there. I will do it one day! And even if you don't care about trails, you will be inspired by the pictures Joan paints in your minds eye throughout her book. Enjoy the ride everyone! Cheers, Ken :-)

WOW, We've such an amazing history!

I'm already a history buff, although never spent a ton of time on the revolutionary war. It's a total miracle of God that "We the People" and America exist. The common as well as many malcontents who stepped up to the plate showed just how uncommon they were! So many heroes, although you think everyone rides off into the sunset and thus begins beautiful America. It's really not how things started we've been messy, messy, messy up until this day. I thank God for the Constitution and pray that it will still honored by the time I graduate from this earth! Enjoy the ride! It's a great one!

This was a GREAT listen. The narrator was amazing and the story line really brings you into some unique characters and lives. I could easily listen to a dozen more books like this!!!

This AMAZING Testimony is the Heart of God

I could share many great things the Lord has used me for and on over several decades, although when I listen to the Dream Center's beginnings and testimony I can't help, but reflect on God's heart. We're NEVER to compare, so I will say this, is God our pleasure in ALL that WE do? This is where life really begins!

Great book and change up

I listen to a variety of books, this one was a great change up, lots of twists and turns. Great character development! I will definitely be looking into more of this authors books.

It's time to wake UP people

David Jeremiah is a great Pastor, Teacher, Orator and Narrator...He breaks down the last days in great detail, It's crazy to see it happening before our eyes, as the world comes un done...We all need Jesus, and it's our shining hour to share the gospel to the whole world, especially those we don't identify with...John 3:16, that NONE would perish!!!!

History and Heroes meet Health and Fitness Hacks

I love Chris's choice of historical back drops for his real life stories, which include health and fitness truths that defy most traditional beliefs.

As a life long health and fitness hacker, it's always nice to be confirmed that what you've known, thousands of people are also practicing...Great book, great ride, with great takeaways!!!

What a great RIDE, even if you don't surf!!!

I love books like this they are so much more than the topic, which in this case is surfing. I'm a waterman, so I can relate. Although, if you know nothing about surfing it won't matter, the author/narrator bring a great "sense" to this adventure and life story, which will take you around the world. All sorts of topics are discussed and shared, so you won't be bored. I'd say this listen is comfort food for me...Enjoy!

As football biographies go, this was one of the best,next to Favre and Namath...I had forgotten so much of Bill's success and hadn't a clue about his heritage or family background. This book also reveals the very human and insecure side of Bill. And most of all it's amazing to see how much "life" legacy he left with all the lives he made a positive difference in. This is what counts most of all, and we're still all reaping the rewards of his legacy today....Enjoy the ride!!!
