ok I was ready to walk away from Aleron (sorry if misspelled), after the last couple of books. His break from writing for his own personal betterment worked. This book is great, I want to know more. I want to know what happens next. The story is compelling and opens up new question for the Chaos universe. Even sneaked in a Gnobes Rule, well played sir. Glad your back with great stories to share with us!!

perfectly done, finally a day of reflection. jade finally had to look at the world as it is, and not what she wants. this was such a good look at her life the consequences of her action. much like a young adult realizes that while you can do what you think is tight, and may be right is not always the right thing to do. then to finish off with Bruno...but then again we don't talk about Bruno.

Ryan's writing has continued to get better and better. This chapter gives great depth and understanding on the series. Throws some Norse mythos in to the loop. You finally start to understand the bigger picture and some connects to other series in this world. I can not wait to see the next book in the series.

I came across Michael's work about 3 yrs ago. read the books way out of order, but loved them. this book take place between the other two series and as Michael says you don't need to read them in an order. if you do you get nods to characters but he masterfully explain things you need to know or remember.
Nolan was a great teaser for the new series and I can not wait to see where he takes it. with the End of one Era to the beginning of a new I will wait on baited breath for our next installment.

Best Book Yet!!

I've been following Ryan for a while. With each book you see a stronger writer and more complex characters and plots. This book is by far his best yet.

This book as all his other take place in the same universe and place just a massive time jump to the future. Obviously new characters, but healthy easter eggs of the last two series are thrown in. No you don't need to have read anything prior.

Sit back get your headphone/earbuds or Alexia ready to read to you this fantastic story. Just be ready once you start you will want to know what's next?.

i read this as a kid in middle school, i loved it. thought it was great. as an adult 30 years later...its good nit great. sometimes its better to leave the past behind you.

Great story

in each if us lies a story filled with our truths as we remember or our point of view. All are unique and all are personal. The former first lady runs threw her life and where history meets gives us a glimps in to the others side. i applaud and appreciate the look. she Makes me want to strive to better my actions and remind us that actions have consequences, both good and bad. definitely worth the time.
