While this was the best out of the Dalton brother series, the author seems to have an affinity to the same type of aesthetics: Young, early 20s, dark hair, blue eyes, high freckles, skinny female, attracted to an older powerful bachelor all starting out as a one night stand turned HFN story, A lot of the same gyrations of kinky sex and “ F Me” verbiage not a lot of character building to unravel the true love these characters could have displayed.

I say this was “the best” out of all 3 series as the author was able to convey the relationship between father and daughter by showing his values and integrity with caring for little E.

The narrators sounded extremely OLD for the characters. The male narrator did not fit the sweet, caring character of Ford but could have been a great Dominic & Dalton. The woman sounded like she was in her 50s rather than 22, and she had a country accent that did not match with an L.A. 22 yr old native. I could not feel these two connecting..
It was difficult to connect with the audio book based on the voice chosen. - reading the book perhaps would have been better.

Disappointed and EXTREMELY underwhelmed. I listened to The Bachelor first, with characters Jenner and Jo. The aesthetic description of the characters especially between Jo and Kendal are the same. The dialogue the same, the “F Me” constant verbiage the same. The initiation of sex m, the same.. The narrators and way of expression.. you guessed it, The SAME.. I wished there were more authentic narratives on how love developed vs the constant “F Me” narrative.. a waste of credit used.
