Great premise. What if a young Irish girl pulled Excalibur from the stone today? Of course, you have to accept the premise that Excalibur exists as a tourist attraction for selfies, and that no one else can withdraw the stone. Sinéad meets Merlin and has to decide what she wants from the power she’s gained. Ideal for the 10 – 14 age group, I’d say.

Overall, it's pretty good. It's a fantastic summary of the space program but I do agree that there's much theatrics sometimes.

The narrator has an unusual accent, Welsh I think, but once you get used to it, these are enthralling stories. Eternal Voyager is the hero of them all and he is a very likeable, amusing character who is put to the test in a variety of ways: as a rogue in an RPG; as a detective in his own murder case and as a political activist, for instance.
