A true nonsense approach to trading psychology with a well defined process on how to fix issues. Written mostly for the experienced trader who’s tired of banging your head against a brick wall.

Well worth the time invested in listening. Helped my trading right off the bat. I've been doing it backwards, I was into results and not about the process. Thanks to these books I switched gears and my trading became fun again and my bottom line went from from red to black.
It wasn't easy get it through it for me because I am so set in my ways but it was what I needed.
