Where does Healing Trauma: Guided Imagery for Posttraumatic Stress rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This really is one of the best meditations I have ever come across, if not the best. Belleruth's voice and the script are incredibly soothing and the music is sublime. I am looking forward to listening to this one again and again.

The Author Speaks too Fast

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
I'm still trying to listen. I'm not really an audio learner - I prefer to read but I'm a student and the only time I have to read stuff for pleasure is at night and so I like audiobooks because I can close my eyes and they also help me sleep, and I sometimes learn stuff at the same time. But this guy talks soooo fast I can't process anything he is saying. I have a feeling it's good stuff because the reviews are great, but I may return it if I can't get anything out of it.
What didn’t you like about Doron Alon’s performance?
He speaks way too fast and doesn't pause enough.
