I am no runner by any means and I found this program very enjoyable. Jaime is an amazing couch that made running fun. The music was upbeat and motivating, and the classes were challenging but achievable. I will definitely look for more programs of Jaime’s.

I’m the type of runner who looks at the clock like “its only been 30 seconds?!”, but I loved this program. The coach was upbeat, fun and easy to listen to. The music was great as well! I completed this program as a beginner runner and I’m so glad I did.
