Honestly, this book was such a waste of time. I hated it within the first ten minutes. I have never experienced such a pretentious reader of any book I have listened to on Audible. Couple that with the fact that this book doesn’t have any definitive evidence of its claims, no referenced studies, it’s just a practical guide to what you already know. Don’t waste your credits.
