The story is VERRYY good! But I wish the female was narrated by the appropriate race. Representation matters, especially for a story this good.

It was refreshing to hear a story where there wasn't any weird slang or weird struggle stories. I love that it was two different races!! Interracial stories are rare, and this was beautiful! Black excellence is my roman empire!! THE STORY IS VERRYY WELL DONE!!

Promotes domestic violence!!! NOT OKAY

Chapter 15- It is not now, nor will it ever be okay to have characters showing domestic violence!! No female should ever punch a male because she’s upset with him and it be okay. Not to mention the fact that she causes him to bleed.
Just imagine if one of the guys punched one of the females in the face because he was lied to and then she starts bleeding. This is NOT OKAY!!!

I literally clapped once the book ended like the audience does after watching a good movie. Its the thing i’ve been missing when it comes to saving, and i will be rereading it AT LEAST once a year moving forward. Very good job to the author!!! 10/10

SUPER Healing

First I will say that this book can be so healing for couples going through infertility struggles. Colleen did such an amazing job at depicting the difficulties and the emotional battles of it.

So many couple go through such tough situations. The way she structured the book was pure genius. We simultaneously experienced them falling in love and losing hope in their marriage. GENIUS! Such a beautifully painful contrast.

We all kinda took a look behind the curtains and saw a very real example of what marriage actually is, and I couldnt be more grateful.

Completely and utterly speechless…

I literally just finished the book and I just.. I have never cried from excitement after reading a book, but THIS BOOK has made me the happiest human in existence! I cried so hard at the last chapter. After that, I realllllyyyyyyy hope the next book is coming out soon, because anything else would be unkind! Lol

This book gave me anxiety!

Im really just writing this review as a warning. The first 4 HOURS of this book is 1 conversation in a room with Poppy and 2 other people. It’s literally just her asking a bunch of questions… for 4 hours.. I pushed through the book because I genuinely wanted to know what happens to her after reading the first two books. However, it was not worth it. As long as this book was, it only got to the point in the last hour…

Let’s put it this way, I have over 300 books in my audible library, and none are as bad as this book.

Omg i've been waiting for this book for MONTHS!!! I had to re-listen to the first two books about a thousand times. Lol. This book did not disappoint. I took my time reading it, and i still feel like i finished it too quick!!! When is the next one coming out???

What an amazing book! A must read for people struggling financially. But also for high school and college age students. I first did financial peace university at my local church when i was a senior in high school. Who knows where i would have been if it werent for Dave!
