Liberal and Informative

Really interesting storyline - fascinating hearing how the company began and how closely they stick to the mission. Wasn’t aware Chouinard started what is now Black Diamond.
A very liberal read. Some ridiculous claims (90% of what we buy in a mall is in the landfill in 60-90 days?) Posits that the earth is more valuable than people (Patagonia supports planned parenthood because less people = healthier planet) and uses data to support; pretty messed up. I love the earth, but this is a far extreme.
Overall informative, and a good listen, but man there are some dumb points.

Lots of interesting thoughts, but be expecting a book with a lot of statistical information on research and case story examples from the author’s years of experience. If you can be patient and focus you can gain some gold nuggets to try in your life.
