I’ve been searching for a while for a book like this and so happy I found it. This puts into words what I have been trying to do in raising my kids and makes so much sense. I realized fairly early in the book that the things it was saying would be good for my kids was really things I needed to do for myself. I’m making myself better and practicing being more kind and present with my kids I have already seen growth and change (mainly in me but that’s where it starts) Narration is also great by David. Thank you sharing this book with us.
