My favorite Gill Paul, and a story I’ll likely return to often. The characters were so special, even those tangential to the plot. Also no one acts as you might expect in a way that infused love and warmth into storylines that normally would be treated with far less nuance. I love this book.

Freaking perfect.

Katie Couric’s life makes for an exciting story but this is told so well. She’s so frank with the reader, and the audiobook makes her revisiting her past (less enlightened) on air remarks more meaningful. It is exciting, entertaining, and a masterclass on how to evolve. I will always adore her for this book.
