Did not disappoint!

First, I love books by KL Slater and I love the narrator, Lucy Price-Lewis.
This one was another winner! Character development, twists, suspense. I could not stop listening!
I do think the ending was a bit too unexpected and maybe not as satisfying as I would have liked; a bit too out there, but the whole rest of the book and narration was great. Highly recommend.

Great insight into his thoughts and actions

Maggie has left us with an on point and credible overview of this mans thoughts and actions. Unfortunately, many will ignore this book due to their blind devotion to Trump. Such a shame since this was a fascinating book that everyone should read.

This was one of the longer books I have listened to but I could not put it down. There was a twist and turn all the way through. The characters were so real. The story so spellbinding. Highly recommend.

A great thriller!

At first, I thought perhaps it was a bit slow. But, despite that, it held my interest. I think perhaps the end needed that slow beginning to allow a build up of the story. While the language seemed a bit stilted using words that don’t seem to be generally used in today’s relaxed dialogue, I think it added to Sadie’s character and my perception of her. So rather than it being a take away, it added to the story.
I am sad to be done reading it!

Maybe I should have investigated what would be the appropriate audience.
Good for a younger reader. Just rather boring for a senior. The narrator was great. Just the story that left me cold. Had to stop into the second hour.
