Could've Used a PDF

I listen to audible when driving so books heavy on exercises work best with an accompanying PDF or portion of the book's website dedicated to audio listeners. I can't do a written exercise while on the freeway and him saying, "Pause the audio now to do the exercise" is not helpful because I still have 45 minutes left on my commute. I would have to go home and try to find that section in the earlier part of the book, lose my current place and basically have to relisten to the whole thing again while just sitting at home with a notebook, which is completely unrealistic for the way my life works. It would be great if the exercises were listed in a PDF or page of the website and I could go right to them because I really wanted to do the exercises but for it to take an addition 4 hours of hunting for each one is not a great use of time.

If you actually want to take action on this book, I would purchase the book rather than the audio since the author didn't do as much for audio listeners as most authors do these days.

All that being said, it was a very enjoyable listen. There were a few repeated jokes that we not as funny the 3rd time around but actually made me LOL the first time. If you are planning to listen while near paper and pen, it could work out for you.

Same Book As Miracle Morning

I gave Miracle Morning 5 stars. But this is the same exact book. So if you've read that, save your time and money. I was hoping it was going to build upon that in a meaningful way instead I felt like I had been too gullible and fell for a lame marketing trick. If you haven't read Miracle Morning, by all means, buy this book.

Raw Data, rather than a book

If you enjoy sifting through raw data, then this book is for you. If you are looking for a polished book, read allowed, which is what I was after, this is not for you. If you enjoy listening to 15 sentences in a row starting with, "Then I asked her" followed by, "Then she said" this book is for you. If you enjoy a reader fumbling through a sentence and starting over 3 times and being too lazy to re-record that segment, this book is for you.

The first two or so hours were read as a traditional book. The next 15 (!) hours were fumbling through reading texts, transcripts of hypnotherapy sessions and conversations. Transcripts. So, like um every like um what huh little huh what interjection that happens in speech but um like not huh writing. If driving on a crowded freeway while listening to strings of incoherent sentences while you try to piece together wth is being said, this 'book' is for you.

The content is interesting if this topic is of interest to you. But I prefer that the authors I support actually do their job first before selling it. This was not a cheap book and not worth the $17 I paid for it in my opinion. It's like a 2 hr audio and then 15 hours of unfiltered data. It was not sold that way.

Required Reading for Happy Life

This is very practical and usable information. It's not a bunch of feel-good spiritual phrases that don't have practical application. If you grasp what this book is saying, it will positively transform your life on all levels.
