My energy levels are higher, I feel overall better. My pcos symptoms have reduced. I understand the root problem of the health issues of my body as well as the common problems of my mom and grandmother so I can try to avoid the same problems such as fatty liver and diabetes type 2. I even understand why I have a rare health problem caused by a vaccine that no doctor has been able to understand (caused severe long standing inflammation which in turn leads to food allergies & nerve damage). The author explains simply and is non-judgemental throughout the book. This book is such a gem.

Helpful advice in how to get along well with & get what you want without criticism or making the other person feel awful. Advice is applicable to home life, friends and leadership roles at work/business. Many refrences/stories of historical figures & even though I am not well versed in history that didn’t stop me from understanding the point being made. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a happier home life or do well in their job/business.

I enjoyed learning alittle about her life but it is clear that she is very private even in her book. It feels like the full picture is not painted, that there are gaps of info she didn’t share. At times especially towards the end there was generic advice that it feels like anyone could have wrote it such as “Its good to have one good belly laugh a day.” yet nothing about how she applys it or how it relates to her. It seems like it may have been difficult for her to open up at all so I am still happy she wrote the book because we get some insight on how she became successful and how her upbringing, mindset, habits and discipline have lead her where she is today.
