The section on self-care and mindfulness has been transformative for me. Incorporating mindfulness practices, like meditation and journaling, has helped me to silence the critical voice in my head. I've learned to extend compassion to myself, embrace my ADHD, and celebrate my unique strengths. It's been a liberating journey towards self-acceptance and higher self-esteem.

It’s been hard for me to balance work and my personal life. It seems that there just aren’t enough hours in the day to get everything done and has really affected my mental health because I’ve been overwhelmed with so much going on in my life. The audiobook helped me understand the importance of mental health and how to deal with everyday challenges better.
