Do not buy this recording. As others have said, it’s incomplete. Chapters end abruptly without finishing. You miss crucial pieces of the story. Amazon should remove this recording and not sell it, as the product is broken.

Absolutely shocking!

If even 5% of what is documented in this book is true, it is enough to charge Fauci, Gates and all their minions for crimes against humanity, deserving of the most dire capital punishment. If you believe our government and health institutions are looking out for us, wanting the best for us,then this book is for you. Robert F Kennedy has revealed what is in Pandora’s box for our future, or at least the future the world’s governments, oligarchs and technocrats want it to be. Whoever is reading this review, please read this book, your life may depend on it.

Brilliantly simplistic money management guide

This book is brilliant. The practical information and application there of is exactly what I was looking for concerning how to properly manage investment real estate. The way Mr. McElroy breaks down processes and provides Real world scenarios was a huge help. His strong emphasis on doing right by your tenants, having integrity and following your management rules to a T where some of the best parts of the book. If you're even considering investing in real estate you need to read this book.
