Historia
History recalls that the ugly feud between J. Edgar Hoover and Martin Luther King, Jr., - marked by years of illegal surveillance and the accumulation of secret files - ended on April 4, 1968, when King was assassinated by James Earl Ray. But that may not have been the case. Now, 50 years later, former Justice Department agent Cotton Malone must reckon with the truth of what really happened that fateful day in Memphis.

Irreverant Imposition of Character Assasination
Revisado: 03-25-18
What disappointed you about The Bishop's Pawn?
The utter fictional destruction of two historical figures based on interpretation & projection of supposition as evidence is appalling... The author attempts in vain to justify this work of fiction as a credible version of History!
What do you think your next listen will be?
The Romanov Ranson
What about the narrators’s performance did you like?
Scott Brick is always Great!
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
NO
Any additional comments?
I have read every Cotton Novel written by Mr Berry & I am very disappointed in this writing...

Struggling against a death trap closing in around her, Jill Clark has a powerful ally in Frank Quinn. But no one knows the true motives behind a rampage of cold-blooded murder or how much more terrifying this is going to get.

Painful Narration!
Revisado: 09-04-14
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
Yes only because it supplies continuity to the series but read the book yourself!
What other book might you compare Separation of Power to and why?
I have enjoyed the Mitch Rapp series book #1 through book 5. The narration except for this one has been Good. I am puzzled why females are not used for the female voices? There are plenty of budding actresses to step up for the challenge that can do voices & accents!
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Ken Kilban?
George Guidall or Nick Sullivan, Dick Hill
Do you think Separation of Power needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
It is a follow up book and repeats many scenes from book #4.
Any additional comments?
I enjoy Vince Flynn's writing but this one seemed strained!
