As someone with almost 10 years of experience in business to business sales, I found this book to be one of the best sales books I have read in a long time. The author does a great job of breaking down four key personality types, and what I found the most interesting was his ability to break that down internally and externally. What I mean by that is, the author did a great job allowing the reader to understand themselves better through the different personality characteristics they may exhibit, but the real value is learning to identify those characteristics in your potential clients, and this book is a great way for you to Learn who you are selling to and what would be the most effective way to connect with that person. Connecting with clients is key to success, and I feel this book does a great job of allowing sales professionals to understand the psychology of connecting and creating the most effective ways to do that.
