Get up and do it! Great book on how to prioritize your goals and get things done. I got off the couch and started doing things as I was listening. The book gives you much food for thought so you want to listen over and over! I have gifted a copy of the audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

It has great recipes with clear instructions and pictures. But the best feature by far is the chart, in the beginning, showing sample cook times and temperatures. I love this book and keep it handy whenever I use the air fryer. The crunchy salmon is the best! Well!
