Very clear and direct explanation about how to meditate, why to meditate, the physical and mental effects of meditation. I listen to it in the morning and at bedtime as I meditate. It helps me to tune into the stillness and focus on breath and keep me mindful of why it’s beneficial to meditate. John Van Auken is very knowledgeable and his voice is clear and calm in his tutelage.
