Seems like a promo for their trading group

Don’t get me wrong there’s some good material in this book on the basics of trading psychology but by no means would this help you master it. This is definitely for beginners. Didn’t love the constant stories from traders in their online community that basically seem like a promotion for the trading group which I’m sure costs a good deal of money. I’m completely in agreement that you must maintain healthy habits in life to have a chance of creating good habits in trading but pushing veganism at the end of the book seemed a bit odd to me. There are much better books out there for truly learning about and mastering trading psychology. I would recommend The Mental Game of Trading by Jared Tendler.

Very well written. Performance was easy to listen to and focus on. Material is organized well and James does a nice job of making it applicable to anyone looking to excel no matter the task.
