A must read for the 21st century manager

Leerom Segal really hits the nail on the head when it comes to the technology driven workplace. I have heard so many theories about how management should undergo systems change and what practices should be updated, yet rarely do we have the chance to experience its success. Klick is a thriving example of how data can be friendly, and Segal does a wonderful job of breaking down the process to make it immediately applicable. I found the author’s case studies especially interesting, as they provided valuable insight into situations that many business owners or managers may not have the chance to otherwise experience. Whether you are just starting a venture, or have been in the same company for decades, this book is well worth the read.
