This hilarious book has been adapted especially for the audiobook edition so you’ll hear all of the same fun and humor from the printed version but you don’t have to make any decisions or jump around - just kick back, relax and listen. Plus, it features exclusive bonus audio of young Neil delivering an adorable speech! That’s audio you won’t hear in any version of this book other than the audiobook!

Awesome autobiography!
Revisado: 08-06-15
I loved the concept of this book and they somehow made it work in audiobook form. NPH is a joy to listen to and he opened up about both the personal aspects of his life and his celebrity experiences. Funny and touching, I finished the book wishing I could hand out with him!

Historia
A poor young couple demonstrates the meaning of love and self-sacrifice in the Christmas Classic, "The Gift of the Magi". Also included is "The Last Leaf". This tale follows a young woman artist who is stricken with pneumonia. She watches the leafy vine opposite her window with hollow eyes, and she determines to stay alive until the last leaf falls. O. Henry, always a master with the surprise ending, delivers two fine tales of his beloved New York City.

I really enjoyed this book
Revisado: 02-20-15
This was my first Scalzi book. It had a pulp fiction feel that was elevated to the next level with humor and a complex (but not complicated) plot. I especially enjoyed Wil Wheaton's narration of this book. It's definitely one of the best narrations I've listen to so far on audible. I'll definitely be looking for more of skulls these pieces especially those narrated by Wil.

Historia
This final play from the pen of Oscar Wilde is a stylish send-up of Victorian courtship and manners, complete with assumed names, mistaken lovers, and a lost handbag. Jack and Algernon are best friends, both wooing ladies who think their names are Ernest, "that name which inspires absolute confidence". Wilde's effervescent wit, scathing social satire, and high farce make this one of the most cherished plays in the English language.

Wilde has a brilliant way with words!
Revisado: 10-06-14
If you could sum up The Importance of Being Earnest in three words, what would they be?
Society is ridiculous.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Importance of Being Earnest?
The twist ending was so absurd it was wonderful.
Which character – as performed by the narrators – was your favorite?
I love James Marsters so it would have to be Jack Worthing.
Any additional comments?
I really enjoyed this production of The Importance of being Earnest. I had forgotten how brilliant Wilde is at playing with language.
