Historia
E. H. Gombrich's world history, an international best seller now available in English for the first time, is a text dominated not by dates and facts but by the sweep of experience across the centuries, a guide to humanity's achievements, and an acute witness to its frailties.

Great!

I love when I find a book with history that is unknown to me. This book was great to the point I did not want to put it down. The narrator makes the characters come to life even 300 years from the past.

Historia
At once profoundly personal and far-reaching, Exit Interview with My Grandmother serves as a meditation on the beginning of a young woman’s life and the series of questions that arise from examining love, loss, family, memory, and death. Moving between cities and centuries, Meyersohn probes her family's Jewish history and her grandparents' relationships in part to decipher her own young queer relationships, but also to examine how we ought to behave in the face of a world riddled with uncertainty and doubt.

Not good
Revisado: 12-29-20
The author does not seem to know what she wants to write about. She is all over the place with no direction. Tried to listen but had to stop wasting my time.

Historia

Loved this warm and captioning story. I love historical fiction and this great book taught me much about a history I knew little about. Great narration as well.
