**ALERT*** Profanity
Revisado: 10-08-20
The author forgot to include in his book of stupid words to stop using, the profane ones! 'F' word many times! And many horrible little jokes.
The reading is just horrible with many words mispronounced and emphasis in all the wrong places.
That being said.... There are some interesting little gems of information to be found in this book. I don't completely regret listening to it.

So Much Excitement and Fun!
Revisado: 09-24-20
Very original ideas wound into old known details of King Arthur. Super fun and fanciful.
The reading was superb and definitely enhanced the story! ❤️❤️❤️
I highly recommend this book!! You will enjoy the antics of Rene and his horse, they are hysterical!
I have absolutely no regrets about spending time with this book.
The author claims to be blending factual characters with fiction, and that is definitely fun!
However, this is a children’s bedtime story. I thoroughly enjoyed the story, but will not continue with the following books.

Extremely Repetitive!
Revisado: 02-27-20
I could listen to Pearl Hewitt's calm voice all day long. Her voice totally relaxes me. The kitten sooo prominently displayed on the cover of these books is hardly seen in the first two books. Happily we get to enjoy the kitten in this book, a little bit. However these books constantly repeat the story from the previous books. This book actually had the disrespect of the reader to repeat itself, verbatim!!!! I wanted to scream out loud.... YES! I was just there, I remember it perfectly!! Then at the end of the book you get a reading of the next book for about 15 minutes. So when you get the next book you are already 15 minutes in... And then the new book continually tells you what happened in the last book. Very annoying, I couldn't take it anymore, I stopped with this book.
These would be better bought in a boxed set. Wait a while!!

He is NOT a familiar!
Revisado: 10-01-19
This book is not fun, I am sad, I really wanted to love it. The protagonist is not clever at all, and there are a lot of stupid love scenes, that just aren't consistent with the characters. And the cat, Trouble, cannot communicate with his person at all, and she doesn’t really understand him. It turns out his father’s NAME is Familiar. (He is NOT a familiar) And his name is Trouble. He apparently used to watch Sherlock Holmes on the TV and now believes he can deduce things.... but not really! I mean the killer has a sweet odor that they can smell when he is bad, but when he is acting good, he can’t smell him???
The plot is stupid and boring! It could have been so much more!!! 😰

Historia
The Sparrow Sisters are as tightly woven into the seaside New England town of Granite Point as the wild sweet peas that climb the stone walls along the harbor. Sorrel, Nettie, and Patience are as colorful as the beach plums on the dunes and as mysterious as the fog that rolls into town at dusk.

Not Quite
Revisado: 08-31-19
This book seemed to have it all. I was completely ready to love it. But the main character.... Ugh!!! At first meeting, she is so powerful she could stop you with a glance. She fights with her boyfriend over nothing, just so they can make up. Then there is tragedy and she turns into a ragdoll who can't do anything but shake and continuously throw up, for days. She loses so much weight no one can see her in her bed and the house is supposedly freezing, because she is out of control. It is nothing but unhappiness and Sooo completely boring!!! Everyone in the town has a grudge and is unhappy. In honesty though, I couldn't complete it, only made it halfway, so maybe the book redeems itself. But... I can't see how. Bunch of unlikeable people.

Fun Read

This book was none stressful. No profanity and just the tiniest bit of spell conjuring. Nothing to cause me to feel like it was crossing the line.
