Struggled to finish
Revisado: 11-08-18
unlike her Hunt for Reacher series, the twists and turns through Tampa's high society were good for bringing on sleep, but not much else for the plot.
There's simply too much boring detail and not enough informative detail.

Historia
It's been a while since we first met Lee Child's Jack Reacher in Killing Floor. Fifteen years and sixteen novels later, Reacher still lives off the grid, until trouble finds him, and then he does whatever it takes, much to the delight of listeners and the dismay of villains. Now someone big is looking for him. Who? And why? Hunting Jack Reacher is a dangerous business, as FBI Special Agents Kim Otto and Carlos Gaspar are about to find out.

Historia
A Secret Service agent is dead, an apparent suicide. A presidential candidate narrowly escapes an assassin's bullet. And Desk Three, a covert branch of the NSA, is searching for a chilling connection deep inside the Republic of Vietnam.
Once, Charlie Dean was a Marine sniper in Quang Nam Province. Today he's a Deep Black operator, and he comes face to face with a man he once hunted down...and thought he had killed.
Now, with every asset, weapon, bug and high-tech magic wand Desk Three can wave, the agents enter a terrifying global race against time.

Love the Narration!
Revisado: 03-15-15
Where does Conspiracy rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Charlie and Lia are back! And Tommy Karr too! It seems like the further into this series I go, the better it gets. My only complaint, and this goes to all the authors of military thrillers, is that these operatives aren't supermen, but yet they live on through things that would kill us normals. Lia's recovery from her rape is one such issue. She's still in a relationship with Dean, but most women don't even want to be touched after something so traumatic...
Who was your favorite character and why?
Tommy Karr hands down. At first I thought he was just there for comic relief, but he pulls his own, and really helps the team.
Which character – as performed by Christopher Lane – was your favorite?
TOMMY!
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Nah, Mil-spec thrillers don't move me one way or another.
