Historia
Food is considered a necessity which we require to live. When does it become our nemesis? Sure, the necessity is there, but there are so many tempting foods out there that we know aren't good for us, but we can't resist the urge to indulge. Sure, you eat because you're hungry, but might you also be eating when you're stressed out? Had an exceptionally bad day at work? Or just bored? Do you know how to enjoy your food, not only for the sake of making you feel better? Those treats you like to indulge in aren't bad, they just need to be eaten in moderation.

Great information
Revisado: 04-07-22
Everyone knows what the real secret to weight loss is, diet and exercise, but it's still hard for so many, including me. The information helps identify what causes over eating and offers tips on how to overcome it. There is great information to help you be more aware of the subtle ways you're coerced into making bad decisions which I never really noticed before. The book offers so many different ways to help change eating habits. Some of it is familiar and a good portion of it was new to me. I feel an extra bit of motivation after listening and I am definitely passing this on to others around me that could also use the guidance.
