I listened to the Sherlock Holmes stories as a teenager many years ago. What a delight to re-visit them. I am singularly impressed with the inventive, creative plots, but also with the vocabulary used to express these. The best reading in years!

I didn't realize the audible version was abridged and would have not purchased it if I had. So I don't know what I missed. The story was very good as usual and Dick Hill is phenomenal, but I feel empty somehow.
