Historia
They Know Everything About You is a groundbreaking exposé of how government agencies and tech corporations monitor virtually every aspect of our lives, and a fierce defense of privacy and democracy. The revelation that the government has access to a vast trove of personal online data demonstrates that we already live in a surveillance society. But the erosion of privacy rights extends far beyond big government.

I did not care for this book.
Revisado: 12-01-21
I read the book. Storyline was too difficult to follow. Then I bought the audio version hoping by listening to the book I could follow the storyline better. That didn't work. I personally just wouldn't recommend this book it's just too difficult to follow the storyline. It jumps from CIA to the mafia to JFK's assassination to Bobby Kennedy's assassination to Dr. Mary's burnt arm. Trying to figure out how Dr. Mary's monkeys and mice become vaccines to cancer cells to assassinate Castro. I think I gave the book a fair chance by reading it and listening.

Historia
We keep dogs and are kept by them. We love dogs and (we assume) we are loved by them. We buy them sweaters, toys, shoes; we are concerned with their social lives, their food, and their health. The story of humans and dogs is thousands of years old but is far from understood. In Our Dogs, Ourselves, Alexandra Horowitz explores all aspects of this unique and complex relationship that “dog lovers will savor and absorb” (Shelf Awareness). As Horowitz considers the current culture of dogdom, she reveals the odd, surprising, and contradictory ways we live with dogs.
