Historia
In the final, apocalyptic chapter of this epic trilogy, the dragon-mage Krasus and the young druid Malfurion must risk everything to save Azeroth from utter destruction. Banding together the dwarves, tauren and furbolg races, the heroes hope to spark an alliance to stand against the might of the Burning Legion. For if the Demon Soul should fall into the Legion's hands, all hope for the world will be lost. This then, is the hour...where past and future collide!

The second story in one of WoW's major origins.
Revisado: 01-26-23
This is the second if three books in the War of the Ancients trilogy of books that are one of the major origin stories of World of Warcraft. The reading of this is also very good as well. I recommend it. :)

Historia
Often considered to be one of the most famous pieces by Edgar Allan Poe, 'The Raven' is a poem recounting the descent into madness of a young man lamenting the loss of his lover. This spellbinding performance by Dominic West (The Wire, The Affair) lures the listener into the depths of the protagonist’s despair.

Historia
In the first chapter of this epic trilogy, the outcome of the historic War of the Ancients is forever altered by the arrival of three time-lost heroes: Krasus, the dragon mage whose great power and memories of the ancient conflict have inexplicably diminished; the human wizard Rhonin, whose thoughts are divided between his family and the seductive source of his now-growing power; and Broxigar, a weathered orc veteran who seeks a glorious death in combat.

A good origin story for World Of Warcraft :)
Revisado: 01-21-23
This is one of the major origin stories, and the one set farthest back in time, of World Of Warcraft too. The performance/reading was very good as well. Some fans of the series dislike Knaak's writing but I think it's fine. Don't miss this if you're a fan! :)

A Good Story And A Great Reading. :)
Revisado: 01-16-23
This is a good story, though, (admittedly in my opinion), the weakest of the the seven books. The Reading however is Great and Jim Dale is THE voice of Harry Potter. A decent, if not Great, end to the series. :)

A classic story and a classic reading. :)
Revisado: 12-10-22
The fifth book in the Harry Potter books, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is outside my classic 4, the first four books that were out and re-listened to repeatedly, and far darker than the other 4 books and Harry is, sadly, far angrier. The reading by Jim Dale is a classic reading and he is the voice of the Harry Potter series that I judge all other versions against. I recommend. :)

Tolkien’s classic tale of adventure, begun in The Fellowship of the Ring and The Two Towers.

The Lord of the Rings The Return of the King is a classic story is a good one as well. The performance here is good but it has more "boom" sounds than The Two Towers and upsets my stomach, it sounds disgusting but you may vary, but otherwise is good. :)

The company of the Ring is torn asunder. Frodo and Sam continue their journey alone down the great River Anduin - alone, that is, save for the mysterious creeping figure that follows wherever they go. This continues the classic tale begun in The Fellowship of the Ring, which reaches its awesome climax in The Return of the King.

You likely know what The Lord Of The Rings is so I'll focus on the performance. It's pretty good but any feminine or high pitch voices can be rough and as I stated in the previous review some sounds like "Boom!" can sound sadly disgusting and upsets my stomach but blessedly that is rarer than in the first. Overall I still recommend. :)

In a sleepy village in the Shire, a young hobbit is entrusted with an immense task. He must make a perilous journey across Middle-earth to the Cracks of Doom, there to destroy the Ruling Ring of Power - the only thing that prevents the Dark Lord Sauron’s evil dominion. Thus begins J. R. R. Tolkien’s classic tale of adventure, which continues in The Two Towers and The Return of the King.

Revisado: 07-13-22
The Lord of the Rings is a classic story told well. My one nitpick about the performance is how when he went "boom boom boom" when in The Mines of Moria it kinda made me feel a little sick. Look when someone makes a gross noise. This will very between people of course but just be aware. :)
